For your convenience you may submit your invoices in the following ways:

2. MAIL your invoice to:

Mail your invoice by Sunday night/Monday morning to insure that it will get to us by Wednesday. If you forget to mail your invoice, call us either before or after hours to insure accuracy and then mail it to Home Health Specialists.

4. E-MAIL TO chrissy@homehealthspecialists.com

E-mail addresses are case sensitive. If you use E-mail, you must also send a signed invoice (blank) so that your signature is on file. Then you simply have to type "signature on file".

If you receive a call from Payroll, please return the call as quickly as possible during work hours

When you are late or when there has been a schedule change, notify the office and record the change on the client's schedule.
