From I-95:
Take 476 North to exit 3 (Media/Springfield).
From the light at the exit make a left onto Baltimore Pike.
Follow Baltimore Pike into Media (5 lights).
At the 5th light, Monroe Street, turn right.
Follow Monroe Street one block to State Street and turn Left.
Follow State Street to Lemon Street.
Home Health Specialists is located on the corner of State and Lemon Streets. If you make a right onto Lemon Street you will find parking in the back of the building.

From the PA Turnpike
Take 476 South to exit 5 (Springfield).
At the end of the exit Make a Right; this will put you on to the on-ramp of Route 1.
Follow the Ramp to Route 1 and you will see the Old State Road exit. Follow the State Road exit to the end and make a Right on to State Road.
Follow State Road through the 5 point intersection (about 1 mile). The name of the Road will change to Monroe Street.
Follow Monroe to State Street and make a Right.
Follow State Street to Lemon Street.
Home Health Specialists is located on the corner of State and Lemon Streets. If you make a right onto Lemon Street you will find parking in the back of the building.

From the City:
Take PA 76 West to 476 South.
Then follow the above directions from PA Turnpike.

Or, take PA 76 East to I-95 and follow the direction above from I-95.
